该片继续启用原班人马，由中国内地新锐导演、谢晋关门弟子源水执导，周星驰御用班底“如花”李健仁、杨能等知名喜剧明星加盟助阵。。该剧讲述了二次元漫画少女华西兮（郑合惠子饰）在寻找创作题材时，与因伤错过梦想的霍子昂（陈子由饰）意外相识，两人从最初相见时的相互嫌弃，到一同在追梦过程中擦出初恋火花。同时，华西兮还作为护草小使者，在帮助霍子昂与好兄弟孙修杰（杨业明饰）逐渐解除过往误会的过程中，陷入纠结三角恋，最终三人都在爱情与友情的终极难题中做出自己的选择，并收获最好的爱情和梦想人生。。The film tells the story of three people for a year: a son (Magimel) diagnosed with cancer, a mother (Deneuve) suffering from helplessness and a doctor (Cécile de France) to do her job: One year and four seasons for these three characters to deal with the disease, to tame it, and to understand what it means to die while alive.。
